DESCRIPTION
This build version is recommended for flat ramps and gangways with a maximum length of 30’. The mainframe of the gangway is constructed from 6061 marine grade aluminum and uses has 4” mainframe channel and utilizes 1” square tubing for the handrail. They’re referenced as light-duty due to the size of materials used but they have a very sturdy feel and can be used in a variety of installations. These are typically built in 3, 4, and 5’ widths and it common to use both Thru-Flow/Sunwalk poly decking panels. When more traction is desired, we recommend upgrading the decking to one of the many Fibergrate panels we carry. These builds include a polyurethane roller kit and aluminum weld lugs at one end that will easily connect to an aluminum or galvanized steel abutment bracket (sold separately). If you plan to use the ramp/gangway as a stiff-arm anchor we can custom the build and supply you with weld lugs on both ends along with a shores side abutment hinge and float side hinge.
