IF I PICK UP AT THE YARD IN WOODBURN, DO I NEED TO PAY FREIGHT?

Yes. All prices listed are the price of the items. If it is shipped to our yard we will distribute the freight between the entire load and adjust your freight price after we calculate it. If it is an item we fabricate ourselves, no freight is assessed for these items picked up at our yard. 

HOW IS FREIGHT CALCULATED?

Freight is calculated using an online estimator. If additional freight is needed, we will contact you for the difference. For larger/heavy items please feel free to call us directly with your order so we can provide a more accurate quote.

IF I ORDER THE WRONG ITEM, CAN I RETURN IT?

All Non-stocked / special order products sales are FINAL and cannot be returned.  There will be a 25% restocking fee applied to any return of stocked items. We are a small business--restock fees cover the cost of labor and credit card fees which are assessed on both charges and return credits. 

 CAN WE PICK UP OUR ORDER?

Yes, Monday through Friday (except holidays). Picking up larger orders saves greatly on shipping costs, and our office showroom allows you to view our many dock options and accessories first hand. We encourage customers picking up larger orders to call ahead of time to ensure the product is in stock and to expedite your service. All orders must be picked up within 30 days of arrival to avoid a monthly storage fee after 30 days. A monthly storage fee will be billed at $250 per month or 10% of the invoice total, whichever is greater.

IS HARDWARE INCLUDED IN MY PURCHASE?

No, the price listed is the price of each item. However, you can purchase the hardware you need on our site. (Follow the link in the product description.)
