- Dock Floats & Air TanksDock Floats & Air Tanks Dock Floats & Air Tanks by Ace offers both rotationally molded and blow-molded designs. With over 70 different sizes available, from one to four feet wide, three to eight feet long, and eight to thirty-six inches high, you are sure to find an Ace float drum that fits your needs, whether you are a private dock builder or a contractor for a large marina complex. Ace offers a 15-Year Float Drum Warranty on all of its manufactured float drums to the original owner. The interior of the float drum is filled with expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam. The foam is steam pressured for a tight fit that provides the highest buoyancy possible. The foam interior provides floatation if the outside shell becomes punctured and is continually tested to meet or exceed the Hunt Water Absorption Test standard of 3 lbs per cubic foot. The “Falling Dart” test and ultrasonic wall thickness testing are part of Ace Roto-Mold’s quality procedures to ensure the durable, long life of our float drums.
- Boat DocksHigh-Quality Boat Docks Boat Docks to access the water for all environments. Northwest Marine offers floating boat dock systems in wood, steel channel, steel truss, and aluminum. Current prices depend on the type of material used to build docks. Wood typically is least expensive. Aluminum is the most costly. Saltwater or freshwater these docks are built tough. We also manufacture metal dock hardware. You can buy parts and pieces to build or repair your dock. Our customers include all branches of the Military, State, Federal, and municipal agencies, marine contractors, as well as private marina owners, managers, and developers.
- Dock HardwareDock Hardware Northwest Marine Supply’s boat dock hardware is manufactured using 1/4″ steel, which is then hot-dip galvanized after fabrication. Hot-dip galvanizing steel is one of the best methods of corrosion protection for submerged applications. All dock hardware is made for 1/2″ carriage bolts and can be used with up to 4″ thick lumber. Our dock hardware will stand up to the toughest marine conditions.

- Pile Holders and GuidesPile Holders and Guides Pile Holders and Guides are engineered. After welding and fabrication have been completed, they are hot-dipped galvanized. Brackets are pre-punched for easy mounting. Pile guides allow piling to be installed through a floating dock. SHIPPING COST: Some products are very large or heavy. When ordering higher quantities, this can cause shipping costs to be incorrect. Our shipping department works with a number of different companies using accurate sizes and weights to provide you a fair price.
